I know everybody probably hasn’t heard enough about Israel, Lebanon, Hezbollah, cease-fire, U.N., Iran, Iraq, doctored photos, airport security, Joe Lieberman, bird flu, 1,000 cell phones, Dixie Chicks, Fidel Castro’s jogging suit, Paris Hilton’s C.D. and kinkajou, Boy George with a broom, Jerry Springer dancing, Kate Hudson and the Black Crowe guy, and Mike Wallace’s manlove for Iran’s madcap President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Instead here is something interesting that happened down the road yesterday.

This sinkhole in Nixa, Missouri is 75 feet deep and 50-60 feet wide and growing. It opened up yesterday and swallowed Norm Scriveners garage and 2001 Chevy Cavalier. He had just filled up with gas.
