It’s cold in the Ozarks (28 degrees F) tonight.
It was in the mid seventies yesterday afternoon when I was on my way down to Blue Eye, Missouri. The wind was whipping and the leaves were being ripped off the trees, it reminded me of the tornado scene in “The Wizard of Oz”. The front moved in and it got cold quick.
Speaking of “The Wizard of Oz” has anyone else ever watched the movie while listening to “The Dark Side of The Moon” by Pink Floyd? It’s kind of fun, there are some interesting coincidences. The above mentioned tornado scene happens during “The Great Gig In the Sky” and it seemed like they fit together well. Heres a link that goes in depth.
I heard that Van Halen is in rehearsal with Eddie’s 15-year-old son Wolfgang, on bass. Great rock and roll name, Wolfgang Van Halen.
Prince is doing a weekly club gig in Vegas to get ready for a tour. That would be a good show to see. There are not many chances to see an entertainer of that caliber work a small room.

I’ve never tried the Wizard of Oz thing, but now I want to. Cool!

Interesting to say the least… I find when the Reverbnation at left is on “Let the Whiskey [dismiss] me” I tend to type about twice as fast as usual.
..good thing it’s on “Two Trains” right now… whew.
Ya’ll have a great week… including all the Rhyming Quatros !!
