Wintry Mix

There is about 3 inches of ice on the ground topped by about 2 inces of fresh snow and still snowing. It’s a “wintry” mix. It’s nineteen degrees right now. I hope the car starts in the morning. A snow plow just went by and didn’t seem to make much improvement. It is very pretty though. Like a painting of a classic winter nighttime scene.

My neighbors are not real close but I just realized that the wind blew the front door open while I was playing guitar (loud) at 1:48 a.m. Sound waves travel further on cold nights. Nice.
