“Rock and Roll Is a Weapon of Cultural Revolution -JOHN SINCLAIR”
Cultural Revolution?
This is incredibly coincidental; today I received a link from a colleague to an old Scots Paper Towels ad that claimed “harsh, cheap paper towels” were the cause of revolution. I thought he was just complaining about the bathrooms at work.

Rock and Roll is similar to Fugu Chef: Perfection meets Total Destruction
Rock and roll has a unique quality in that it can be listened to and learned by generally all musically inclined persons… compared to repeating a classical music that is perceived as difficult to play… more likely to hear Rock at the park, VFW and now most of the time on Country Western.
Therefore, as rock and roll is most often played at get together’s, [not excluding fashionable fondue at the Fonda's] it should be defined by its ability to be played at group gatherings of gregarious teenagers and young adults, say from 15 to 24.
Teens and Children and affirmative action young adults tend think they are being subversive when they are at parties. Developing minds could therefore free-associate what they perceive subversive with what is heard by tribute bands at the prom, frat party, boom box at the office party, radio, or DJ driven Sock Hop Disco Ball show your armpits dance… besides the best Thespians are the ones who dress like young women.
Social gatherings where-when, more likely, some form of social intoxication is being used despite banishment from rules of the gathering, age and stealthy delivery system of liquids or pills…
Rock and Roll is very similar to Fugu Chef delivery:
Dec 10, 2005 Eat Fugu or Die Tryin’. Fugu Sashi. The Hump Restaurant. Santa Monica, CA.
I hadn’t listened to the Arctic Monkeys much until this-good rock and roll band. I looked at several live clips too-they can bring it.
I had to go wiki on Fugu; this is what I found…

I am returning to this post to see if my new definition of Rock/Roll fits in. This comes after several months study with the palikars of guitar, and the rhyming quatros. I promise to keep my shirt on.
Rock and Roll is Distraction
It has its seed in the first moments when human sex partners went face to face in the act of intercourse. A good example is in Quest for Fire, the movie, the missionary position is presented as an alternative to the nomad man ape by the home nesting she chimp. This position later called the missionary, did not allow the man to look around for predators while in the act. Therefore while he rocked and rolled with her he is distracted.
Some anthropological maps point to this as maybe the time/event when communication begins. Rocked and rolled into existence by mortals trying desperately, driven to distraction, to preserve their spirits through reproduction. No?
