Hey, some good news.

Life expectancy in 2006 is about four months longer than it was in 2005, according to the CDC.

U.S. life expectancy has hit a new record: 78.1 years for babies born in 2006, says the CDC.

Four month increase in one year, if it continues at that rate, the life expectancy will be 100 by the year, 2073, if my math is right. Put another way, by the year 2073 we will all able to look forward to having our faces on Smuckers jars.
