Refer to the next posting-- It's in Him... for comparisons I am drawing-- or not:

...more evidence of the Plug and Play Marketing Strategy... that I first noticed while watching daytime TV with my workmates in the late 80's, early 90's... in context of supply chains of feminine hygiene products at your grocers!

The ergonomics of feminine hygiene products for the first time were being touted during "Days of our Lives" and colleague Bruno would lament, "NO, not that commercial... aaarrrrghhh."

Obviously Bruno is a purist. And that is what you have there, a Purist [now see: also "It's in Him.."]

The plot thickens as "Young Zaphod plays it safe; or does he venture into Life in the Universe and Everything?"

Plug and Play
Cold-Play
buddha Way
etc... Hey!
Plug and Play

Keyword being PLAY
Most of us don't give a shyte what British retailers say:

Coldplay’s new album were too conservative after the album shifted a staggering 125,000 albums on its first day on sale yesterday.

...but since you brought it up... the key word is "PLAY"
So we at MooPig Marketing enMass are suggesting you make it playPribek.netplay, or some derivative thereof, which is worth +100k units on opening day.

Standing by to watch EMI produce 3% of that marker. No Play in their strategy.

This could wrap my tirade for today, June 13, Friday, 2008. See ya after Seven PM.

patdarnell and men of pause's last blog post..UPDATED: June 13 -- Another Red letter Day for Darnell's

Oh dear, Coldplay. Not a band that I admire musically other than the fact that they seemed to be shifting millions with apparent ease. Good luck to 'em.

'I Let The Whiskey Kiss Me' is great man. Loving that song.
