It is an absolutely nice day in the Ozarks; serene. It’s 84 degrees but, it doesn’t feel that hot. I don’t know why it doesn’t feel that hot, there is no breeze to speak of. Maybe, it’s because of lower humidity.
I went for a walk and as I got down by the lake, I realized that I’ve never been out on the boat dock here at the campground.

What have I been thinking? You got to go out to the end of the dock.
Almost fell ass over teakettle on the temporary floating ramp that’s there because of the high water. Almost turned around too but, you got to go out to the end of the dock, at least once.
A couple shots from the end of the dock.

Looking back at the cove.

I’m real sure that my photos don’t capture the magnificence of the day so, you’re just going to have to take my word on that.

Oh yeah, now that’s worth living for Jack. I’d give my hind teeth for some of that action in my back yard. Mine is London Heathrow Airport. Groans…

No mate. Nothing. I like my house and its little garden and it is a nice place to live. But natural beauty and open spaces? No. Nothing. Urban hell. Everywhere. My missus wont’ move so I am stuck here. I get by though. Me and Mr Weed are great companions.
