Market Street Video: Updated (J Throws Down The Gauntlet)

Posted on | September 1, 2008 | 9 Comments

Check out what J has done with my tune “Market Street”.

As always, gently click pause on the music player located in the side bar before playing the YouTube.

And, while you’re thinking of it grab a free download of “Market Street” simply by clicking where it says “Download” in tiny little letters next to the tiny little picture of me in the RverbNation musci player located in the side bar.

And go ahead and sign up for the mailing list there, it’s harmless.

********UPDATE********

From J…

Jack, if you don’t mind, I’d like to offer the challenge your readers to make their own “Market Street” video and share it with the world (at least “us”). Perhaps a creative music video could be a tipping point, like “Sweep the Leg” was for No More Kings. Imagine if your song were to become the next viral underground “hit” on the internet! And as I cautioned you before, once you release a song to the Internet world, there’s no telling what people will do with it.

J: I would but I don’t know how to do it. Is it like making a crock pot stew with all the leftovers from the week before?

If you have Windows Movie Maker or I-Movie (Mac), all you have to do is import the mp3 file and add some pics or video clips. I know there are some great professional packages out there too (Sony Vegas, Avid, Final Cut) but those cost some bucks for special FX, titles, etc. Mix well and add some bog butter, alien DNA, and a pinch of salt…

Love these videos! I’ve blogged about this, so hopefully someone else creates something.

Hi everyone, I tried to make a video, but my Windows Movie Maker is a real peachy pile of pits, and the PhotoShow stuff I have would not let me send an email or up load with a MP3 song downloaded off the net… so Jack and J you are invited to see the show with no music attached, invitations are in your emails.

If you are able Dr Jamb to add the music please do and then cry…. or not..
