A few months back, I wrote a post “Don’t Mess With Gary Coleman”. Coleman was hanging out at a Utah bowling alley and took offense to another patron that was taking pictures of Coleman. Coleman ran the guy down with his truck.
That’s Coleman on the left.
Here is some of what I said in the original post.
Folks, if you are in a bowling alley, in Utah and, you happen to see Gary Coleman there getting his drink on it’s clearly not the time to bust out the camera to get some candid, partying at the bowling alley shots for your MySpace page. Everybody deserves a little privacy and it’s no different with big celebrities. Don’t mess with Gary Coleman. I know it’s tempting, when you are at the lanes and, when you see a big A-List Star like Gary Coleman getting a bag on, getting pissed as a potter, to want to capture the moment for posterity. But, if you do, you are going to get run over; it’s that simple. You are going to be out in the parking lot and Gary Coleman is going to get in his truck and run you down.
Now, Gary Coleman has had his day in Utah court. How did it go? From Breitbart/AP…
Gary Coleman has pleaded no contest to a disorderly conduct charge stemming from a September incident at a bowling alley. The 40-year-old former star of “Diff’rent Strokes” was ordered to pay a $100 fine in a Payson court Tuesday. He also pleaded no contest to a reckless driving charge, which will be waived if he doesn’t have any other violations within a year.
Can you say O.J.? A hundred bucks and a hand slap. Gary Coleman will run you down and walk away Scot free. The message is clear.
Don’t Mess With Gary Coleman!

Well, you may think that is something, but I had this cranked … and from the kitchen, barefoot and making a pot of red, Marinell screamed “PATRICK…HEY… YO PATRICK — IS THAT JACK?”

“Could be…” is all I said, and turned it back up. And Gary Coleman is okay in my book, as are all you guys.
You know as much as I think entertainers are bound to get put behind bars… it is this song that is in their heart when they are in the public eye:
Sans Lowell Feat, but no less than great
Judges love a little entertainer in their courts… no? Puts depth in the actor’s resume, unless he is from Houston, which is a good place to be from, I hear. Live– 10 Miles
Just look at what happened to Willis…
Strat… would that be Wesley Willis? or..?
Stumped in Bryan,
pd
Willis Reed
“Whatchu talkin’ ’bout Willis?!” Willis was the character of Coleman’s brother in Different Strokes, played by Todd Bridges (no relation to Lloyd, Jeff or Bo) who fell into misfortune following the TV series.
Stratowiki
yes, yes, yes…I seem to recall a “When Child Stars Go Bad” type of presentation.
This Stratowiki sounds like an invaluable resource is it open to public access?
