A new magazine, Guitar Aficionado, will launch this spring. From Prefix.

The promotional material says that Guitar Aficionado will seek an audience that “routinely spend five figures for an instrument and who consider the guitar an object of art.” The magazine also wants readers who “live life with a rock and roll and can afford to indulge their passions, desires, and ambitions however they please.”

Probably goes good with goat cheese and some of those little sandwiches.

The price will be $7.99. No word about whether or not they will also have a special, pre-dog eared, “relic” edition for a few more bucks.
