OK kids, which of the following has not won a Nobel Peace Prize?
Mahatma Gandhi…

Barack Obama?
Oddly enough, the committee of Norwegians that select the winner, never did pull the trigger on Gandhi yet they have recognized Barry for his peace prowess even though the deadline for nominations for the prize was Feb. 1; two weeks after Obama took office…and a good half a year before the beer summit.
Go figure.
I don’t think Barry O was even mentioned in the TIME Mag Almanac 2005. …sheeeesh… I want to take this opportunity to write in Michael Mochsen as Nobel Pythagorean Drummer Winner.

As I was just making coffee here at five am, I got the thought: Hey, I almost never hear anything from Norwegians.
Matter of fact they must be hidden from sight up in those sheer bluffs and cliffs on those fjords of theirs…
May I safely assume: …therefore, they as a collective sovereign of Norwegians, they must be preparing for some kind of EVENT that will require hedging even the sacred Nobel Prize by rummaging through the votes and shaving points in Dubya fashion.
They could be preparing their EVENT using the popularity of Barry O to present “it” … riding the tailwave of Barry’s brilliant surfing.
I can’t wait now for clandestine, Norwegian Templars, to wield their power daggers… What oh What can it be ?? Excited? I am stoked.
However, there is the dreadful feeling that Norway has picked a lessor evangelist for the role of Peaceful Prez — I think that JackAss is the more popular, long-lasting choice as a cross-cultural iconoclast choice Norway could have made.
Maybe a new category of Prize: like Nobel “Quantum-spastical” Prize 2009… no? for WildBoyz, NitroCircus… and the rest of the chaos. Oh well, Good Morning America !!!!
