Friday Night Cage Match/Fondue Party/Evolving Conversation/Dancing About Architecture Vol. 101
Country Mart has a deal where you get 5 meat items for $25. They aren’t the primo cuts but workable; country style ribs, sirloin, whole chickens…stuff like that. Most items would normally be in the $7-8 range so, it’s a good deal when you get five.
One of ‘em I got is a “Mock Tenderloin” roast which is really part of a chuck roast. I’ve done a couple before so, I had a grilling strategy worked out (scorch each side then, low and slow). But, 15 minutes after I fired up the grill a steady rain commenced so, I’m having to do the whole thing with the cover on.
I got a nice zucchini that I will split long ways, brush with olive oil and top with Parmesan. I’m going to try the new Bullseye Guinness Blend for sauce.
As I was working on this I thought of a tricky little FNCMFPECDAA…
Eric Clapton or Johnny Winter?
