My Grandaddy Hynds was a Circuit Preacher down around Martin, Tennessee, and abouts, and the old family homestead is a nearby burgh called Hyndsver, where the old cemetery plots are.

So I’m goin’ with Gary Busey, because of this song. Billy Bob can wait.

So, what’s it worth to you? Eh?

Today, while Lindsay Lohan is sent yet again to jail for failing her drug test, while a SIMILAC recall is underway, and as the Republicans unveil their pledge to the American People, while Pribek ponders who should represent him as comedian to address the US legislatures … we are reminded of harsh realities of battered brains inside heads…. but on a similar note:

On December 4, 1988, Busey was severely injured in a motorcycle accident in which he was not wearing a helmet. His skull was fractured, and doctors feared he suffered permanent brain damage.[wikki]

How do you like that situational-segue with a fedora? [rim shot]

I’m making my comments on musical ablities- I’ll take Billy Bob’s drumming over Gary’s singing any day of the week. Plus he’s a St. Louis Cardinals fan.
