Time Out has named This Is Spinal Tap, the best comedy ever.

What’s impressive is, the results were compiled from individual lists of comedy pros.

4. Annie Hall
5. Monty Python And The Holy Grail
6. Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy
7. Withnail And I
8. Groundhog Day
9. Some Like It Hot
10. The Jerk

It continues to surprise me that this movie has such a legacy. Don’t get me wrong, I say that because when I saw it in a theater, there were only a handful of people there, all of whom left except me and a crazy trumpet player.
