Best/Worst Unexpected Food Experiences?

I’ve had fantastic Chinese food in Montana, tougher-than-a-boot rib-eye in the Texas Panhandle, noteworthy fried chicken from a gas station and regrettable barbecue in Memphis. You just never know.

By the way, the above images, all places I’ve frequented, were found at this very hip site. I bet you can find some eat places you’ve been to as well.

Ah, the Old Dutch! They had a great Sunday brunch there! One of the funniest things I can ever remember was going there on a Sunday with my Mom and Dad and Mary. Dad was supposed to be on a strict diet, and as he was chowing down, a man came by and said, “Hi, Ron”- it was my Dad’s doctor- he was busted!!
