Gary Coleman, shown here on the left…

…allegedly ran a in to a guy with his truck after a Utah, bowling alley argument over not wanting his picture taken. From Breitbart/AP.

Payson police Lt. Bill Wright said Colt Rushton and Coleman got into an argument in the early morning hours Saturday over pictures Rushton had taken of Coleman inside the bowling alley. He said the argument continued outside, and that Coleman hit Rushton and a car as he was backing out of a parking space.

Wow! Do you think Gary Coleman hit the guy on purpose?

Neither man was issued a citation, and Wright said it wasn’t clear whether Coleman hit Rushton on purpose. He said neither man was giving authorities much information.

That means he did it on purpose.

Gee, I wonder if they were drinking.

Wright told The Salt Lake Tribune there are “indications” that alcohol was a factor in the accident. He was unavailable for comment Sunday.

Folks, if you are in a bowling alley, in Utah and, you happen to see Gary Coleman there getting his drink on it’s clearly not the time to bust out the camera to get some candid, partying at the bowling alley shots for your MySpace page. Everybody deserves a little privacy and it’s no different with big celebrities. Don’t mess with Gary Coleman. I know it’s tempting, when you are at the lanes and, when you see a big A-List Star like Gary Coleman getting a bag on, getting pissed as a potter, to want to capture the moment for posterity. But, if you do, you are going to get run over; it’s that simple. You are going to be out in the parking lot and Gary Coleman is going to get in his truck and run you down.

Reuters has news of a possible, future, vacation destination.

The National Park Service is considering adding a hotel to Alcatraz Island, site of one of the world’s most notorious prisons…

About 1.5 million people take ferries to visit the prison cellblock every year, and summer tickets sell out weeks ahead.

But many visitors say they also want to see parts of the 12-acre (5-hectare) island that are closed to the public, including wildlife areas, the room where prison guards bowled and the prison theater where gangsters watched “From Here to Eternity.”

A hotel, likely built in a structure that once housed prison guards, would for the first time offer the general public 24-hour access to “the Rock” and capitalize on the park’s popular night-time tours.

That’s when evening fog shrouds San Francisco from view. But island visitors, like the prisoners before them, can still hear activity emanating from the city.

Is this something people will really want to do for a holiday? Spend the weekend at an old Federal prison, maybe go bowling, catch a movie? I know people are intrigued by the creepy factor but, do you want that to be focus of your vacation?
