I’ve come to the conclusion that looking for something on YouTube is kind of like playing the claw machine at the bowling alley.

If you are a geezer like I am, you probably have foggy, misty memories of the esoteric, TV talk show, parody, “Fernwood 2 Night”. If you aren’t that old, I don’t know, it would be hard to explain it and do it justice (Wikipedia link).

Anyway, I was snorting around YouTube this morning and found this gem. Tom Waits performs “The Piano Has Been Drinking”. Not only that, he engages in some genuine “schtick” with Barth Gimble (Martin Mull) and Jerry Hubbard (Fred Willard). The whole thing is hilarious.
