You are probably sitting there, scratching your head, asking yourself; “C’mon now! Jack didn’t really watch the Grammy show, did he?”

Well no, I didn’t. But, I did bring my amp in from the car.

And, I really don’t need to watch things like the Grammy show because, I know that there is a code of the road out here on the long and lonesome Internet highway. We kind of watch out for each other.

This time, the venerated J and, better half; the delightfully succinct Dragonlady, really had my back on this one. Thanks to them, if I had a water cooler to go hang around, I could jump right in to the conversation.

Some highlights. First J weighs in…

Blink 182 is getting back together? Now that these guys are middle-aged, what kind of audience will turn out to hear songs about teen angst? Or will they sing about the economy? Can anyone really revive the 4 powerchord neopunk band? I guess if Justin Timberlake still gets asked to sing, then anything’s possible.

Dragolady says…

And WTF was up with the pregnant broad in the skimpy lady bug outfit?? Do these people have any brains whatsoever?? What the hell? I mean, Scarlet O’Hara looked better draped in a curtain than these people did in their designer outfits.

See what I mean? I don’t feel like I missed a thing! So, if you’re like me, always missing the proverbial boat or, just need some good, clean, family entertainment go read the actual posts and tell ‘em hey, hey Hey! from me.

Post-modern surrealist blogger, Moopig, has thrown his hat in to the ring.

J says this…

Pat Darnell makes his point with this family-friendly video; -Walmart IS Market Street defined.

As always, press pause on the music player located in the side bar with a subtle sense of longing before playing the YouTube.
