Married father-of-two Michael Carney, 41, from Stockton, Teesside, claimed he was too embarrassed about the size of his manhood to expose himself to women.

He was convicted of seven counts of outraging public decency in November. He earlier admitted four sex assaults.

He was sentenced to a total of 20 months in jail when he appeared at Teesside Crown Court.

He denied flashing and told the court: “It causes embarrassment to myself, even to the point where it is with my wife.

“I wouldn’t want myself to be seen in public like that. My genitalia are underdeveloped.”
